Q: What should I bring to class?
A: Just yourself, comfy workout clothes, and a water bottle! We provide all props (rings, balls, mats) unless stated otherwise.
Q: Will Pilates help me tone up?
A: Yes! Pilates strengthens your deep stabilising muscles — especially your core, glutes, and back — giving you a lean, toned, and strong body without bulk.
Q: How often should I do Pilates to see results?
A: You’ll feel a difference after your first session. For long-term results, consistency is key — 1 to 3 times per week is a great place to start.
Q: I have an injury / past pain — can I still join?
A: Please let us know in advance so we can guide you safely. Pilates is often used for rehabilitation, and we offer gentle modifications when needed.
